An old family favorite. They are really just crepes. Combine the batter and serve rolled up with your favorite topping. The family tradition is with Mapeline, made following the directions on the box (although I halve it for our little family).
1 ½ cups milk
1 cup flour
2 Tbs. sugar
¼ tsp. salt
Mix it all really well. You could us a blender or food processor and then cook them up like crepes. Enjoy!
