Fresh Baguettes, Four Ingredients

All you need is:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 packet yeast (or 2 1/4 tsp.)
  • 2 tsp. salt

Seriously. That’s it. May become a weekly ritual at our house, especially with soup season’s arrival.
