Savory pancakes are perfect for me, a girl who adores pancakes and something savory for breakfast. These are delicious, especially with the lemon sour cream (or Greek yogurt) dip.
The best part is that you can make a bunch and freeze them for future breakfasts. Just lay them out on a sheet pan (one layer). Flash freeze then pack in a freezer safe plastic bag. I wrapped two in freezer paper for portioning’s sake. It makes it easier to just grab, throw in the toaster oven, and enjoy.
